Ne kleine neue Kaffeemaschine

Ich wollt mal was neues und in dem Hotel in Sydney hatte ich diese kleine gute Maschine auf der Küchenzeile stehen und der Kaffee aus den kleinen Kapseln war richtig gut.

Hab mir heute eine zugelegt und die Kaffeekapseln waren sogar halber Preis! Ganz nach meinem Geschmack :)

I wanted something new. When I was in Sydney in the hotel the kitchen was equipped with this little friend and made good coffee from coffee pods.

So I bought one today and the coffee capsules were half price, just right for my taste :)

Dann erstmal paarmal Wasser durchlaufen lassen..

Firstly as setup let water run through a few times

Then tadaaa! I chose a hot chocolate and it's pretty creamy and nice in taste.

Ich hab mich für die heiße Schokolade entschieden und bin begeistert!

And the good thing is that I can create my own coffee in a reusable plastic capsule.

Und das gute ist das ich sogar meinen eigenen Kaffee in wiederverwendbare Kaffee Ampullen füllen kann.

Sunday scooter ride und beach dip

Sonntag war tatsächlich mal k in schlechtes Wetter und ich war mal im nahegelegenen Park rumgefahren

On Sunday was one of the only good days where we had a little dry weather for a while, so I took my scooter out for little tour

No arse around, I'm happy with that :)

Kein Arsch zu sehen, passt mir ganz recht :)

Anschließend war ich noch in Herne Bay kurz schwimmen bevor die Tide ganz weg ist.

Afterwards I went to Herne Bay beach for a little swim before the high tide is gone completely.

2.7.2022 Samstag

Morgens um 8 ging es mit der Fähre zur Insel und ich hatte mir einen praktischen Parkplatz im nahegelegenen Parkhaus ergattert.

In the morning I had a very handy parking spot in the nearby parking house and then it was easy walk so I took the 8am ferry to the island and met some swim friends.

Nur 40 Minuten Überfahrt waren angenehm und die Fähre war noch nicht mal ausgebucht. Keine Schlange zum anstehen und kein Maskentragen

In only 40 min I arrived on the island and it was not even busy and booked out as indicated by the event organiser. No queues and no masks.

Dann mußte man ein paar Minuten von der Fähre zum Strand runterlaufen und es gibt einen tollen Blick auf den Schwimmkurs

Just a short stroll down to the beach and a beautiful view opens up

Kostüm schwimmen - nächstes Jahr geh ich vielleicht als gefrorener Fisch 🐟 oder Oktopus

There was a fancy dress costume option- maybe next year I'll dress up as a frozen fish or octopus 🐙

Das Wasser war sehr klar und bei 13 Grad Wassertemperatur macht das Schwimmen Spass!

The water was so clear and at 13 degree water temperature the swim is even more fun!

In the way back after the swim ther was a lot of water poultry around

Later on I found out that my picture ended up on the title page of the event photos - of course lol
