FAZIT nach genau 6 Monaten!!!

Es ist kaum zu glauben: Wir sind jetzt genau auf den Tag ein halbes Jahr hier!!!

Ich würde sagen, wir haben es geschafft.

Gestern wäre unser Rückflug von Auckland über Melbourne/Australien gewesen sofern wir wieder zurück nach Deutschland müssten. Glücklicherweise haben wir uns hier schnell eingelebt und sehr gut eingefunden. Wir sind KEINE RÜCKWANDERER. Es gibt diesen Blog also weiter fortlaufend für Euch gefüllt mit vielen Erlebnissen, Eindrücken des Lebens und was es noch alles so zu berichten gibt.

Fassen wir mal kurz zusammen, was sich so verändert oder ergeben hat:

• Wir werden aus der gemeinsamen Haus-WG mit den 3 Jungs ausziehen
  
• und uns nach einem 3-(Schlaf-)Zimmer-Haus zur Miete umschauen
  
• Unserer Arbeit gehen wir positiv und glücklich gestimmt nach
  
• Bernd ist zufrieden mit dem Job, ihm macht die Arbeit im netten Kollegenkreis endlich Spass. 1-2 mal die Woche wird gemeinsam zum Mittag etwas unternommen u. die Stimmung ist super.
  
• Tatjana hat sich nun doch wieder ihrer Selbstständigkeit gewidmet und ist involviert im Reiten für Behinderte und im Equine Assisted Learning aktiv (Pferd als Medium für Verhaltensauffälligkeiten) und ist auf dem Weg, private Reitstunden u. im Pony Club (Reitverein) Trainingsstd. zu erteilen
  
• Unser gutes treues Auto, Nissan Sentra, Bj 1986 fährt noch immer einwandfrei
  
• Bernd hat sich wieder beim Fitness-Studio 'Bodyworks' angemeldet und geht jetzt wieder 3 mal die Woche zum Training
  
• Der Frühling hält Einzug in das neuseeländische milde Dauer-Sonnen-Klima 'Winter' (10/17°) wöchentlich steigen die Temperaturen und es blüht überall in bunten Farben

It's exactly 6 months ago since we arrived in Auckland (15 Feb).

Yesterday would be the flight back, which we cancelled. So we do not have to go back to Germany. If we wouldn't feel well here we had to go back. But don't think about that....

I would say: we got it!

Now, we can stay here for a couple of years. When we are looking back, we settled in quite quick and have already first friends and contacts here. We found jobs just after a very short time and still feeling happy to be here.

Lets make a brief conclusion about facts & upcoming activities:

• we will move out of the shared house with our flatmates
  
• and looking for an own place to live in a 3 bedroom house for rent
  
• we are still happy with our jobs
  
• Bernd is still happy with his job and enjoys the nice work environment with his collegues and the friendly boss
  
• Tatjana is back to be self-employed, what she's done in the past, involved in Riding for the Disabled and Equine Assisted Learning, ongoing private lessons in horse riding and activity in a Pony Club as an Instructor
  
• our good old car still likes us and is driving all the tours we want, Nissan, car of the year 1986
  
• now its spring time in New Zealand, increasing temperatures (10°/17°) of the calm and steady-sunny-'Winter'

So, we will keep our blog weekly updated with all the travellogues and pictures of our life :-)
